Vpiter.com has a collection of streaming webcams of St. Petersburg, Russia. You can hear and see life in the Imperial City.
My favorite is the winter palace from a camera that scans across the palace square. All in all, there are thirteen cameras on view.
There are also three cameras that are labeled as "Secret"which is a little puzzling.twopears City Observatory.
