An
intriguing trend in webcams is the proliferation of
religious webcams. The Internet is a great tool for the
world's spiritual community to spread the word and the
way. This collection will highlight religious and
spiritual sites from all belief systems. It will
also deal with the spirit world of
less traditional beliefs. It will be about the unseen as
much as the soul. I believe in the power of Faith. If a
visit to one of the sites helps you to grow in Faith then
I will have done my job.

that is between us and heaven while we live on earth but the clear view we have through it, into the space
beyond where the Blessed Sacrament is exposed, is meant to represent us looking past this veil and keeping our
eyes on Him." The chapel is open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 or 3:00 AM (GMT +1). |

| The Monks of Adoration Chapel |
One of the
tenets of Catholicism is that Jesus resides in the Holy
Euchrist, the communion bread and wine. This happens as
the priest blesses the gifts in what is called consecration.
This consecration alters the bread and wine into the body and
blood of Jesus through transubstantiation. The consecrated hosts are
kept on the altar in a container called the tabernacle. Churches and
monasteries will conduct prayer vigils before the tabernacle. Some of
these are continual 24/7 while others are held periodically like the first
Friday of the month. This site is a view of such an Adoration.
